I love this product I have been using it everyday since I got it. It's like having a gym in My bedroom. I bought some tricep pull down rope extensions and a row extension for this. So many exercises can be performed with this. I love that the top is adjustable but I wish they would of made the top longer so u could put the pulleys in the middle. U can also change out the resistance bands if needed. If you workout at home and are thinking of buying this buy it. I do chest press chest flys tricep pulldowns lat pulldowns bicep curl rows face pulls rear delt flys. U can do some leg exercises as well. This is an all in one. Add some dumbbells and a bench and u have all u need in your home gym.
