Good looking part but not practical when paired with the aluminum mount. I installed these and after the first roll over the screw holding the mount pulled out of the plastic diff. So I put the plastic ones back on and now I have to replace both diff housings because the screw hole is ruined and wont hold the mount tight anymore. Lesson learned
