This Man has written a book that doesn't need to be written and can be found in many many books about Chinese martial arts and simple balance books like your standard anatomy book. It takes the fourth toe and makes a big deal out of it when the entire foot needs to be attended to. I cannot recommend purchasing this book even though I did, luckily through Kendall where it was less expensive and less sorrowful that I had spent the money.
