this game isn't helpful it only has recipes and info which are from other countries and not from the UK. I couldn't find wheat biscuits and there is no way of entering a customised item, it forced me to enter mixed fruit cereal salad!! nothing like what I ate!. it then made me convert all my information to cms kgs and measure my waist convert inch to cms. THis is a bad game. I dont recommend it to anyone unless you want it to collect.If you want to enter your items one by one go through your cupboards and fridge freezer and put your own items there it will calculate it all for you. try the carol vorderman one I find it very helpful. I hoped this would help with other things but...it hasn't helped at all. If you don't mind throwing good money after bad then buy this one.
